Innovo Chemicals is a producer of specialist lime products that are used largely in the plastics and rubber industries and has been a customer of Singleton Birch for many years. This acquisition will broaden the product range offered by Singleton Birch and allow us to integrate the Innovo Chemicals operations with our production facility at Melton Ross, North Lincolnshire.

 

The Innovox range of products will be produced using the same recipes, equipment, additives and packaging as previously. Innovo Chemicals’ customers will continue to receive great quality products and flexible, friendly service.

 

Innovo Chemicals founder John Drinkhill will work with us to develop the business over the next few years. We are confident that we can improve the efficency of the operation and achieve significant sales growth, making this a great deal for Singleton Birch and for the customers and suppliers of Innovo Chemicals.
