Singleton Birch is quality assured to ISO9001:2008 with the British Standards Institution (Certificate Number FM 21195). This confirms our commitment to the supply of high quality products and the maintenance of quality assurance.

Product quality is continuously assessed by trained operators and chemists who undertake both random sample and quality plan testing.

Singleton Birch have an ongoing commitment to research in order to improve our products and our understanding of the way in which they function within our customer’s processes.

Our commitment to providing staff with the development training required is shown in the fact that we have achieved the “Investors in People” Award (Certificate Number 26647). 

We are also accredited to OHSAS 18001:2007, the safety standard (Certificate Number OHS 75240) and ISO 14001:2004, the Environmental standard (Certificate Number EMS 59687).

Singleton Birch Ltd also hold a 'Certificate of Conformity' for FEMAS the Feed Materials Assurance System.
