Training and Operations Systems Admin..

Company Training And Operations Systems Administrator

 

Reporting to the Maintenance Planning Engineer the role will include the following duties: 

  • Facilitate Training For All Company Employees
  • Collate Maintenance Data To Produce Trending Reports
  • Upload & Attach Documentation Onto The Maintenance Management System
  • Assist In Facilitating The Company Management System For Operations
  • Organise Operations HSE Inspections
  • Produce Operations Time Keeping Reports
  • Process Timesheets

 Being computer literate and having administrative experience is preferable, any additional training will be provided for the right candidate. We require a well organised, thorough and committed individual with initiative.

 

This is a full-time weekday role.

This is an opportunity to join the Singleton Birch Operations team of an ambitious chemical company.

 

Singleton Birch is a long established UK manufacturing company with a proud history and a bright future. Our products are used in many applications including iron and steel, construction, environmental protection, agriculture, water and waste treatment.

 

The role will require the candidate to work a shift pattern in the week although some weekends may be required, the candidate will be required to operate plant effectively and efficiently and complete paperwork to a high standard, although full training will be given for the role.

 

The ideal candidate would need to be reliable, hard-working, have an eye for detail with a keenness to learn and adapt to a challenging environment.

 

Candidates must possess a full UK driving licence.  Previous experience of working in an industrial environment would be an advantage.
