Patrick ‘Paddy’ Elliss was presented with his gift for 25 years service by Richard Stansfield CEO on the 10th June 2019. Paddy started with the Company in 1996 as a hydrate operator. He moved to the kilns in 2003 and soon after became a shift supervisor. Employees receive a gift of their choosing from the company FOR 25 YEARS SERVICE currently valued at around £600 along with a watch or similar commerative momento worth £200. In an act of typical generosity Paddy chose to donate £200 to Lindsey Lodge Hospice, in Scunthorpe, rather than receive a watch. The presentation of his gift, holiday vouchers from a local travel agents, were presented to him at a buffet lunch shared with many of his colleagues.
