Our client requested the hire of one of our industry-leading automated mobile aqualime dosing units on a monthly basis in order to ensure the site produces a BAS compliant biosolid cake product.
How we helped
We delivered and commissioned a mobile Aqualime plug and play unit, with our engineers remaining available 24/7 to assist with the dosing rate and any other technical questions or needs.
Elements of the work included:
- Rapid development of process design and solution
- Full commission of our mobile aqualime unit, which come with a 35 cubic metre storage tank, full dosing treatment with stamp duty and standby pumps, and full automation
- Complete feedback from our units to the client’s telemetry for easy monitoring
- 24/7 assistance from our engineers
